As an experienced leader in a multi-brand organisation, Andy joins the Group with an exceptional track record in the education industry. Andy’s career spans UK and US private sector, private equity and owner-entrepreneur businesses with strong strands of growth strategy and transformation throughout.

Andy's role as Managing Director of KCS is to create, develop and execute business strategy, and deliver growth across a multi-brand platform consisting of defined commercial propositions for the education sector globally.

Of his new role Andy commented:

Prior to joining KCS in March 2021, Andy worked for RM Resources (TTS and Consortium) as Managing Director for ten years, delivering strong domestic and international revenue and profit growth, leading a class one acquisition and being awarded The Queen's Award for outstanding achievement in international trade on two occasions.
