To guarantee delivery before Christmas please place your order by 12 noon on 16th December, any orders received after this date will be processed when we re-open on the 3rd January.

We offer the following delivery services as standard to all our mainland UK customers:

  • Free Next Day Delivery

    Free next day delivery for all orders of £20 and over (excl VAT) placed before 12pm for stocked items that are in stock.
    A small charge of £3.50 (inc VAT) will be applied to orders under £20. This is a recent change we have made to our delivery policy to help reduce the number of small, individual deliveries we make each day, lessening our impact on the environment and supporting our efforts to be more sustainable and eco-aware.

  • Free Direct Delivery

    All non-stocked items are sent directly from our suppliers and will normally be delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending upon the supplier.
    Delivery for orders of £20 and over (excl VAT) will be free unless stated.
    A small charge of £3.50 (inc VAT) will be applied to orders under £20.

  • Scheduled Delivery

    We're happy to schedule orders for future delivery on a date to suit you. Please specify this at the time of placing your order (available at the Checkout if ordering online). To find out more about scheduling a delivery - Click Here.

  • Special Requirements

    If you have special requirements for delivery or need to let us know about restrictions on certain sites, we'll be happy to accommodate wherever possible. Just let us know at the time of placing your order, or call our Customer Experience team with your order number on 0808 281 9440.

Receipt & Discrepencies

Upon receipt of delivery please check the number of packages and sign for these only.

We will not accept liability for shortages or damages reported outside the specified time limits. The title of goods supplied shall remain with KCS until such time as full payment has been received.
