A collection of quality materials to aid study of materials and their properties within science. The kit contains photocopiable teacher's notes and worksheets with quality educational material. Supplied in a deep plastic storage tray with lid for easy storage. Suitable for individual or group work. Suggested activities include: describing objects, feely bag game, material hunt, magnetic marbles, what is waterproof, sorting materials, twisting, stretching and bending, characteristics of materials, how strong is fabric, what is hard, how high a ball bounces and which materials are flammable.
