Our KCS Luminous Wooden Shakers emit a soft luminous glow which captures the awe of little ones as it changes through its cycle of colours. The colours of the beads offer a temperate sensory experience with shades of cool, warm and rainbow, giving opportunity for children to develop their descriptive language and an invitation to talk about sensory feelings. Captivating the different senses, they make a lovely sound as they shake, and the smooth wood is tactile and calming to touch. As children grasp and shake them to hear the rattling, gross motor skills and coordination are developing, whilst also exploring and investigating cause and effect. An element of challenge to these skills is further presented in that they are cleverly designed with the ability to be stacked, and the on and off button designed perfectly for little fingers to develop independence in their learning and play.
