Free Next Day Delivery
Free next day delivery for all orders of £20 and over (excl VAT) placed before 12pm for stocked items that are in stock. Excludes Highlands and Islands.
A small charge of £3.50 (inc VAT) will be applied to orders under £20. This is a recent change we have made to our delivery policy to help reduce the number of small, individual deliveries we make each day, lessening our impact on the environment and supporting our efforts to be more sustainable and eco-aware.
Next Day Delivery
Placed before 12pm* Monday-Friday for stocked items that are in stock.
*Credit account customers who receive deliveries within the catchment area of the KCS delivery fleet receive a later next day cutoff time of 2pm. Please check with your Account Manager or contact Customer Experiences to check if this applies to you.

Direct Delivery
Delivery will be between 8-5pm, depending on supplier. If a more specific delivery is required, additional delivery charges may apply.
All non-stocked items are sent directly from our suppliers and will normally be delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending upon the supplier.
