Selecting A Delivery Date To Suit You
Scheduling an order date as a web customer
- If you're ordering using our website simply fill your basket with all of the products you wish to purchase and you'll have the option to add a specific delivery date at the checkout before you submit your order.
- Login to your account and fill your basket with the products you wish to purchase.
- At the checkout stage, select your preferred delivery date (please note - this must be Monday-Friday).
- Complete the purchase as normal and your confirmation will include the delivery date as chosen.
Scheduling an order date in SIMS FMS
- If you're ordering using our website and importing orders into SIMS FMS for approval and processing, you'll have the option to add a specific delivery date at the checkout before you submit and import your order. However, this will not transfer over with the import so please do not use this function - leave the instruction fields blank and import orders without extra information.
- Once your order is in SIMS FMS and ready to submit on the 'Purchase Order Processing' screen, click the 'Delivery Instruction' box which brings up available options for delivery requests.
- Select 'Specific Date' from the list and in the box that subsequently appears, add/type in your preferred future delivery date (please note - this must be Monday-Friday).
- Submit/aprove your order as normal, and the requested date will come across to us with your order.
