Nominations are now open for the Kent Teacher of the Year Awards 2021
We at KCS support the KM Charity Team in delivering the Kent Teacher of the Year Awards and we would love your help in spreading the word to everyone in your school and community to nominate a member of your school staff.
This is not a popularity contest, it’s not measured on the number of votes, it’s judged by a panel of judges who read the content of every entry and then have the difficult task of selecting the winners.
Kent Teacher of the Year Awards 2020: Stars come out to celebrate teaching talent
The best teachers, support staff and volunteers the county has to offer were celebrated at the Kent Teacher of the Year Awards 2020 on Friday October 16.
Now in its 20th year the awards event, which was due to take place at Ashford International Hotel in May, was instead streamed online by the event’s organiser – children’s wellbeing charity the Kent and Medway (KM) Charity Team.

The search has begun for the Kent Teacher of the Year. Organisers of the prestigious annual awards event are now accepting nominations from the public, professionals in the education sector and from school staff.
The event aims to find the very best teachers, support staff and volunteers working within schools in Kent, Medway and Bexley. We are searching for individuals and teams of people who go above and beyond the call of duty for the benefit of their pupils and school community. Making a nomination is easy.
