3D Bonfire
3D Bonfire
You will need -
- White, Brown, Red, Orange, Yellow and Blue Card
- Red, Yellow and Orange Tissue Paper
- PVA Glue
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Tape
- Pea Shingle
Instructions -
1) Take a brown piece of card and cut it into strips that are approximately 2 inches wide.
2) Roll the strips to create logs and carefully tape them to secure them in place.
3) Glue the logs onto a piece of white card to create the outside of a Bonfire. Start to build up on these to add height. Leave space in the middle of the bonfire because this is where the flames will be placed.
4) Place a piece of red, orange, yellow and blue card on top of each other and draw two flame shapes on the top piece of card.
5) Cut out the flame shapes from all four pieces of card by holding them together and following the shape drawn on the top piece.
6) Next, take a piece of red, yellow and orange tissue paper and do the same thing placing them on top of each other, drawing flames and cutting them out.
7) Now slightly bend the flames so that they can be positioned to create a bonfire.
8) Place each flame inside the middle of the log circle and use tape to secure them in place.
9) Finally place glue on the white card surrounding the logs and then add pea shingle around the bonfire.
